    For pete's sake someone call the NA/EU datacenter...

    And tell them to reboot the lobby servers or something! Maybe restart the lobby services on the server! Do something! I know its the wee hours in the morning in japan but can someone over there call the NA side to stop waiting for you guys to wake up before they do something! It seems like they won't do anything unless you guys in japan tell them to do something.

    The customer service for this game has been crap so far and they should be embarrassed. Shutting down customer service at 6pm? wtf...people are paying you to play this game and that is not being delivered. I pre-ordered and am still unable to make a character on a NA server. This is just unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Also some updated information on what is going on would be nice...Whoever is in charge on this game needs to wake up and realize that you are going to loss half of your subscribers in under a week if this stuff doesn't get fixed.

    Fun fact: EU and NA support center don't work the weekends BUT EU came in this weekend to work on fixing problems. NA however, is getting a 3, yes THREE, day weekend this week thanks to labor day.
