Could you provide this forum and any other forum people have been complaining in with a link to your plans on how your going to remedy the situation? A little communication goes a long way.

I realize people make mistakes but when there is confusion leading the way it does no good and just enrages people further. You can cut the tension with a knife in here.

PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH US, we are your salary and your fanbase for the next ten years.

Please pin an link to the upcoming solution to all the problem in every forum so people can stop complaining and start thanking you for talking to them.

You consider posting information of a server issue 3 hours after the fact as good communication? Its a pretty decent request that should be heard and not muffled under the guise of slow/partial information.

Considering the OP was asking for information regarding whats being done yes it is good communication because the maintenance hasnt even happened yet...

Also most of the time I have found out the information I wanted within the hour, which really isnt slow at all. Three hours is obviously unacceptable but I have not come across such an instance.

See OP??? A little information does not go a long way as there will always be people like this laying waste to any information given as being unacceptable.
