Yes, I'm getting the constant 1017 and 2002 errors as well, and honestly, I know enough not to 'ragequit' a game that is having technical difficulties. While this makes it 'unplayable', most games are working out very bad issues for the first couple weeks. The betas didn't give enough information and not even the Japanese servers can support all of the flow of traffic when the NA/EU server is down.

But yes, just chill. They're getting to fixing the problem this week, they even set a date and time. You know when they're fixing it. Screaming and ranting that you want it NOW won't make things any better for you. Or QQing that you want a refund because that week of time that you've been unable to play. Seriously, they said that they're adding 7 days of game time to the accounts because of these issues, you're getting that 'time' back to play. Of course, you'll never get that time back that you sat at the keyboard for five hours repeatedly pressing 0 and wasting your life. Which is interesting because people can try to log in for five hours, play for thirty minutes and stop, but if they got in, they wouldn't have been on for that whole five hours.

The only way adding more servers is going to help is if they give free transfers, because I doubt people want to roll new characters all over again. It will help new players coming into the game, but not those who have already spent a decent chunk of time on the game. On top of that you have no indication of how full servers are, which makes choosing a new server almost impossible.

Free Transfer will only work if everyone wants to move to a new server.
Because most people started a new server because the ones where friends/family/FC/LS are at were clogged up.
Just adding people back to the old servers will create a mess probably get full and people are still missing out on stuff.
This is a tough situation here lol.

I should have been more specific, free transfers to the new servers only is what I was talking about.
