Found untranslated Japanese(?) text in Gridania.

I found a bit of untranslated text after activating all the Aethernet spots in Gridania.

I finished with the one at the Archer's Guild, and this seems to be the only one so far that has the untranslated text where it should be telling you that you've attuned yourself with all the Aethernet shards in Gridania.
