You consider posting information of a server issue 3 hours after the fact as good communication? Its a pretty decent request that should be heard and not muffled under the guise of slow/partial information.

Considering the OP was asking for information regarding whats being done yes it is good communication because the maintenance hasnt even happened yet...

Also most of the time I have found out the information I wanted within the hour, which really isnt slow at all. Three hours is obviously unacceptable but I have not come across such an instance.

See OP??? A little information does not go a long way as there will always be people like this laying waste to any information given as being unacceptable.
