How do you get the 180days subscription bonus items?

I tried purchasing the 180days subscription fee in order for me to get the eye mount and other bonus freebies, my payment got accepted but it said that i wont be charged because i still have a few days in my account.

Why do others have the bonus items already? I tried purchasing mine, and the email sent to me was this:

it says the paid amount is = 0$ which means i did not get billed for my 180days subscription because i still have my 30days free from my collector's edition.


how did others load up their acct and get their bonus mounts?

Using that method you will get the bonus items once that 180 day subscription is in affect. Those with their items already have used time cards (physical, bought from stores/amazon)

I see, so you mean i will still get the item even though i will get charged after this month?

Because i am afraid that those bonus items are only eligible for a certain amount of time like a promo or something that's only available for this month. xD

I believe some folks around the world have gotten them due to how their banks operate... My buddy who is in Balmung received hers already and she lives in Amsterdam and said she was charged already and next thing you know all her stuff was waiting for her on her mog mail... Here in the NA they will not charge until after 9/9; At least that was my understanding

After your Trial + Purchase Trial time is up, you will be charged and get your items (you arent charged until your free time is gone). The bonus items should be permanent, due to how they work there would likely be problems if they tried to change what they were.

Alright thanks for the infos. Im afraid that the bonus items are just a limited time offer only. But if i can still get it after my free 30days sub then it's all good

Some people got them because the time cards you can buy work differently.
In NA they give you crysta, in EU they add time directly.

You get the rewards for 90 days subscription, not 180.
