Free toon transfer??

Does anyone know if SE plans to offer free character transfers after the new worlds go live?

It would be the smartest thing for them to do. I for one would be all over free transfering to a new server to get off of Sargantanas. lol

It really won't help the problem if they DON'T allow free (or even severely discounted) transfers, unless they expect people to start from scratch. The old servers will still be congested otherwise...

we had a topic on this but it has since disappeared. They are going to add these new servers but our servers will still be crowded because most people won't want to start from square one. With new servers it will be a process to move alot of toons around but I'm sure they could do it especially if large groups that are split across servers offered to move to a less crowded server. It would really alleviate the issues we are having.
Since this is the new player area of the forum and we have no place to discuss server issues, they delete these posts considered to be off topic.

Yeah I didn't see a server issues area to post in, so I figured this would be the next best thing. I know with SWTOR they allowed free character transfers after a week or so to alleviate crowding issues.........just hoping SE does the same thing.

..........Especially since I had to start on a JP server

First of all, they have offered you exactly what you have lost: 1 Week of Game Time. That's actually more than they needed to do. Would I like them to offer a free Character World Transfer, yes, yes I would. Do I think there should be limits? Absolutely. I think the 1st Transfer on any account should be free. 1 Character transfer free. Not 1 Transfer per Created Character.

The Free 7 Days will be added to your time after the maintenance tomorrow, so don't whine about it not having been added already.

i honestly could give 2 shits about free play time, ill pay to play, and i bought the game to play, and i pre ordered collectors edition, and maybe played 4 days outa the entire time the pre release was released and after post release lolz...

they are, always have been, and always will be CHARACTERS

not toons

toons are what you watch on tv on Saturday morning

characters are what you play in a game
