I understand that new MMO's can be problematic on launch due to popularity and such but I'm becoming increasingly frustrated. I'm not frustrated as for the problems going on but with the lack of communication from Square. I have submitted 3 tickets at the time of this e-mail. The first 2 were in regards to the incorrect adding of another service instead of my pre order service. (one using the form that they created in the last couple days.

Now not only does it take a full day before I receive the automated email but I have heard nothing in 5 days about this issue. I check posts... I see other people with the issue and no response, I check my account I can find no history of my tickets (something that might need to be added). I get that it's a 3 day weekend (which is frustrating because i want to play on a 3 day weekend) but come on, you released it now you should have the people to fix issues that can be fixed before the "server fix" that you're planning in 2 days.

my third ticket is in regards to the fact that I disconnected randomly... that one I just sent in so who knows how long till i get a response.

if i sound like i'm venting, i am... Sorry I just don't like being kept in the dark about what's preventing me from playing a game that I paid for.
