New servers [Back Up Characters from old worlds and JP returning players] Issue NA/EU

We all know that new servers will be up next week (if you are still around by then) as well as 'improving' queue and Login servers. The announcement can be found at login screen of the game (also the end of the thread).

    So the problem is:
    1) Since there will be no actual game server enhancement what so ever, the max capacity of each server will remain the same. After update, you are likely to put into a queue that maybe take awhile for you to get into the game if you are lucky that 1017 has been actually solved.

    2) Since the game has been sold out 1.2 million pre-order both normal and collector edition before they shut down the sell and the SE was still expecting 300,000 logins on 27th Aug for their current worlds capacity. What are the chance that 75% pre-order costumers will give it a try on new servers? As well as those who made Characters on Jp servers and people from the old worlds who decided make a back up character in the new worlds in case they still can't log in to their world? so if this happens after update, character cap for new server will be hit up in no time and people will basically facing same problem as they are facing right now.

    3) Since they are going add more servers, How many they are going to add? Anyone has actually read a formal list of any kind? How likely they are going to put up 5 more servers? 10 more servers? Statistically the problem can be solved if they put up 3 times servers as they have right now, but how likely that will happen? Currently each world has the max 5000 players capacity and there are 15 none legacy servers for US (max 75k players online) and 5 for EU (25k players) add the list together, they have 1/10 of the capacity of what they sold. (the announcement is also at the end of the thread)

    4) The number above maybe overwhelming but look at the bright side, not all the players will afk in the game all the time (even it is right now) in average, MMO company can generally assume a statistically 15% of the total users is online at any given time during work days and 20-25% at peak during workdays at night and 35-40% at peak during weekends and holidays. So it all boil down to the list of how many servers they are going to add now and how fast people will lost their interests at FF14ARR, so each server itself can drop back to its normal capacity and you will see less people complaining about the game over time.

    5) Another important fact we should keep in mind is, the server will magically doing a better job over time as the lv differences between different players start to spread out. but it is only a minor contribution at this stage when people can't even log in to the game.

    Update
    6) One suggestion can be made here is upon new servers been added, a restriction on who can create new characters may be made. lv 50 characters or players have a lv40 or higher characters in existing world shall not create new characters in the new server to reduce the congestion and allow new 2.0 casual players to start the game little smoother.

At the end, Good Luck for people have hope in SE's New Servers and for myself and many other like minded, the day after update will be the day to decide either get refund with bad game rating or come back and play give it a go.
Customers will always be the God of the game industry.

[Announcing Server Enhancements and the Temporary Suspension of Digital Download Sales (08/28/2013)]
......To address this matter, we are currently working on introducing new Worlds and enhancing the performance of the login and match making processes on both the Japanese and North American & European data centers. This operation is expected to be completed at the beginning of next week......

......On the night following the announcement of our plans to temporarily limit sales of the download version, A Realm Reborn recorded upwards of 218,000 concurrent connections. This is in spite of the fact that the peak login times for separate regions around the world arrive at differing intervals. We estimate that without time zone differences, the total number of concurrent connections would number anywhere from 300,000 to 350,000....

......Each FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn World server has been designed to support a maximum of 5,000 concurrent connections. This is not the maximum number of characters which can be created on a World, however, but the maximum number of characters which can be logged into that Worlds imultaneously.......

......This estimate of 5,000, however, is based on those characters being somewhat distributed over all the in-game areas (zones)......
