Well, I don't have a complete listing but its a color stage system.

Red= you have full aggro and the enemy is attacking you.
Orange triangle.= You have full aggro but another party member is about to steal aggro from you, enemy is still attacking you but is about to switch targets. Think about switching targets immediately to prevent further enimty loss.
Yellow. You have lost aggro, enemy target is not attacking you, you still have enimty but you'll need to build it up again.
Green, you have NO aggro what so ever, as a Tank You never want to see this, stop what your doing and attack this enemy unless another tank has this aggro.

I also recomend when you tank to do a aoe 2 times, wiether it be flash or overpower so you get the whole mob on the system I'm talking about since it only lists the enemies that are only attacking you or you have attacked.

One thing I have noticed tho is that randomly the targets can reset? I have hit it with flash at some point but it will suddenly drop all the way from red to green

Hmm, whats probably going on is one of your dps is probably stealing aggro from you, is the whole list losing aggro even the ones you aggresively comboed? The only other thing I can think of is your healer might be healing too much, since healer is one of the classes that will eventually cause the monsters to all aggro on him if you don't have high aoe aggro on all the enemies. If thats not the case then I have no idea. =(

Thanks. I'll have to pay a bit more attention to this. The area this plots on the screen is normally where I have my scaled down full map placed. I'll have to move the target list to a more readily visible region of my screen so I can pay closer attention to my mob specific levels. Fortunately, I clearly haven't had great need for it because I haven't had serious issues maintaining threat, but it's a great feature!

There's also another way to check enmity. On the top left side with the symbol of every member in your party's class, there are meters of enmity with the highest aggro holder with a full bar and rest of the party member compared to that. That should help you figure out how close you are to losing aggro.

Glazed that is also true with one major problem. That only lists aggro to that specific monster your targeting, not the whole group unlike the feature I just mentioned.

    I'll explain.

Lets say we have monster A, Monster B and Monster C. You the tank are targeting Monster A. You have full aggro and the feature you mentioned shows you have a full aggro bar and everybody elses is near or non existant. Lets say in this senario Monster A has a red bar Monster B is also red, while monster C is green.

Monster C will attack the healer and you won't know about it unless your looking at the monster itself or the attack gauge, the aggro meter at the characters names won't tell you anything because its only pertaining to monster A. You could cycle through all the monsters but its just faster to look at the color guage.

That's true but I like to use both, when I'm confident in the main target's enmity I tend to tab around to see which target needs more enmity.

Well as you will soon see the actual aggro status is more of a guideline you will still have to keep your head on a swivel not just for adds but boss with reset, ignore mechanics, and my favorite long range bombs on litterally a random target including those that have just been raised so are not even on the hate list yet.

Also pro tip using provoke then shield toss or any other enmity will give you greater effect as provoke matches your enmity with the highest on the list but by itself does not gain more enmity then your passive enmity as it does not deal damage. So leading with provoke when you loose highest enmity is more effect then using it to maintain. So if a dps pulls aggro off of you from one add provoke then use an enmity generation.

Woh, Cessna, that's a very useful tip you mention, thanks ! I had seen this list before but never thought about using it this way. I wonder (I'm not in game to try right now): is there a way to assign keys to target enemies in that list? Just like F1, F2, etc target the 1st, 2nd, etc party member respectively? That would be awesome.

Thank you for mentioning the emnity chart from the display, default screen left Cessna. I was going to mention that it's pretty OK for a good player to slam other mobs because a good player will be paying attention to those meters and be leaving anything yellow and above alone. Toss a DOT or debuff around but pay attention to the meters. Likewise, a good tank is cycling mobs and throwing skills out in chains to hold hate. I'm brand new to tanking, only ran one dungeon on Marauder so far and I can't say it went smashingly but the only death was my own due to the rest of my party being brand new to group content. I haven't learned the balance in tanking so the whole experience is very nerve wracking for me. I'm not sure I can take it for the whole game.
