To the person in charge of scheduling maintenance

I was just curious who exactly you were considering when you scheduled these maintenance times? You posted it as PDT 5pm-3am. For everyone in the US and Canada, you pretty much just said "We're gonna take the whole day from you".

I feel as if this whole FFXIV experience has been one occurrence after another where the customer is always considered last. We all know this game is great, but maybe just once you could think of us.

So they should prioritise everything around US time?

I'm honestly in disbelief that anyone is upset over the time in which they're scheduling maintenance given the fact that many people cannot even log into the game.

All I want is for them to employ their fixes. Why on earth would you care what time they schedule this so long as they fix the problems at hand! Good grief.
