After newest nVidia driver (270.61) installed - terrible FPS drops in Uldah, stuttering that doesnt let me play..
I'm tyred already, when everything will be all right?
Maybe I can change something - reinstall driver/game?

can you give me your exact FFXIV config settings?
i'm on a GTX460 in SLI here, but still it's more then just strange that you experience stuttering and such, yet even running the game on highest settings with only 1 card running i don't stutter at all.

i know for sure that there are 1-2 settings in the FFXIV config that can pretty much reduce ur in-game FPS for 50+%

If I can run the game on high settings with 16x AA with a gtx 460 smoothly then you should have no problem. If anything just go back to using the old drivers you were using before.

If I were you I would try completely uninstalling your nvidia drivers then download driver sweeper, boot into safe mode and run driver sweeper to clean nvidia files. Then reinstall that drivers after booting into normal windows. Don't install any of the audio, physx or 3d drivers if you don't need them. Also make sure you have prefer maximum performance in Nvidia control panel and your general power options. Good luck.
