So abit similar to the nearly 600 page thread, but I registered my PS3 code to the wrong service account (standard rather than legacy). After 2-3 tickets being submitted and escalated, and SE taking my details and PS3 code from me im still without a fix, is this normal?

Support wise im getting very friendly ppl and they seem great, getting to the issue and whats wrong and making me feel like ive been helped and that my issue will be resolved soon. Yet at actually getting anything done it seems useless! My 6th day of attempting this now. Surely it must be a simple click between service account for a fix? Yet I have to submit and ticket and have them forward it to head office etc.

Anyone else register PS3 to wrong account and get it moved yet? Or in the same boat as me?
