Game Crashes When Looking at LS List

It happen every so often, not every time. But when I got to look a the list of members in my LS, the game crashes.

Frequency: 10 times in the last 2 months

Class/Skill Rank: multiple ones, multiple time.
Physical Level: 50
Area and Coordinates: usually Ul'dah, but i have also had it happen out near camps.
Party or Solo: Solo and Party.
NPC Name: None
Monster Name: None
