The launcher is not appearing now, it will be all black.
Yesterday, it would give a error message then crash.

Start screen
The start button will not be clickable
Lobby error will be stated, and client will crash.

Character Selection
Nothing will load besides the background animation
NA\EU servers not loading, sometimes a lobby error crash

Character loads
Server full, bumped back to start screen (WHY NO QUE TIMER?!?! I would be happy with a hour wait)
When a que timer does appear, you can still be booted with a server full messages.

Server transfers???

Today I'm stuck at the first two problems, can't even try to login....
Your game is good, but this is going to kill the game before it gets off the ground. Waiting till Wednesday is not acceptable.

Launcher fixes, a que waiting list, and afk boot should be put into effect now.
You need to suck up to players for this nonsense more, throwing free time isn't enough. Maybe a minion (something with that error message, a laugh might help).

A lot of long time MMO players are wondering why the Japan servers are working, but our are having so much trouble. Is this because there a problem with regional operation? It seems like this is above your skill level, perhaps bring in a team that has experience with this to correct the issue. Adding server capacity will not fix the bulk of these issues, I know that bums people out, but anyone with a IT background knows it.

It seems to be tied to how many people are flooding the login at a particular time.

I noticed the same thing happened to me Saturday if I sat there spamming "0" trying to log in. After a while, the NA/EU servers would show themselves as unavailable.

While I agree with you, a queue timer would be brilliant; it seems like there IS one but it only works when there are a small number of people trying to connect to your server.

The last two times I was able to get into the game; I had a queue timer. There was even one incident in which it popped up, but then immediately gave me the 1017 error.

All we can do is go outside, get a tan, eat some Labour Day food that is bad for us, and hope Wednesday brings some sort of relief.

I am having this problem too and its seriously making me upset. I just want to get IN already. The start doesn't load and then it refuses to load either the NA/EU servers or the JP servers. And then they DO load, I can't get on due to Error 1017. Then it glitches and I hit Start and get Error 1017 before I hit the character select page, then the NA/EU servers refuse to load again.

This is seriously testing my patience.

I find this incredibly frustrating also, I feel we have given more than enough time to get this rubbish sorted out, you have now had weeks to have purchased more servers etc. this is now beyond a joke.

I understood there were issues at launch but these have not been address other than by blocking people out from playing, the last time I was able to play was Friday since then I have every single on of the errors mentioned above including some telling me the world is full before I have even been able to press the Start key!

Regardless of me being in a "30 day that came with the game" I have paid for this and I feel I should be given a full refund.

If this is still going on after tommorow's patch there will be no chance of me ever paying for a sub.

This is a great game in my opinion, I am really enjoying it but if I cant play it I will go play something else.
