Additional Actions menu: allow viewing Actions yet to be learned

Hi,
When you go to [Actions & Traits] -> [Actions], you see almost all (except from Actions you learn from class quest line) the actions available to your class/job even if you are not high enough level to learn them yet.
When you go to [Actions & Traits] -> [Additional], the list is empty unless you have leveled other jobs.
This is not user friendly for new players, as they will not know they can learn Cure or Protect or Second Wind, Raging Strikes, Provoke and so on.

I propose that all Additional Actions that can be potentially used by current class/job be visible (and greyed out if not learned yet) on [Actions & Traits] -> [Additional]. This will let, especially new players, to easier plan their character development.

I'm not happy about class questable Actions being invisible on [Actions & Traits] -> [Actions] until you actually finish the respective quest and learn them, but I somewhat understand that it's done to prevent spoilers and give you an element of surprise when doing class quests.
