XI had this problem, people would drive up prices on everything, then blame the "gil sellers". Players in forums demanding all jobs used only certain equips, which sold for INSANE prices. when faced with the prospect of farming for MONTHS for items you're told you cant level without or paying some shady website $20 people went for the website. (or like me, simply quit playing which is a lose for SE)

Undercut the market prices, dont let them control it and STOP TELLING PEOPLE THEY HAVE TO HAVE THE MOST EXPENSIVE STUFF SIMPLY TO LEVEL.

Prices are ridiculous because the game is brand new. In about a month, things should level out. Some players are sensible and are selling components for what they are worth others..not so much, and there are players out there who will buy their products.In time, their prices will come down because more players will be selling their items and the overall price will drop with the competition.

Making a post asking people not to buy gil is a waste of time. People will always do it. Impatience and laziness run rampant in MMOs, which makes it an RMT buffet.

I had to make a seperate tab for tells, because of the incredible spam I recieved today. I find that blacklisting them is incredibly tedious. I cant rightclick the name and find the option to ignore or blacklist the person directly in the chat tab. I have to bring up the blacklist from maincommands, then type or copy paste the name to there. By the time I have done this, 3 new sellers have already spammed me.

I want an option to rightclick the name and blacklist them right on the spot. with 1 click.

I'm not sure if this command exists in this game yet, since I haven't been able to play much since EA weekend, but you could try /blist add <playername>. They had this command in FFXI and FFXIV 1.0 if I'm not mistaken.
