    Do i have to do a quest to get the fester skill (i'm a level 37 summoner) i can't find the skill in action & traits, and there is no quests at the guild

    Fester is from lvl 35 Summoner quest

    You need to first defeat titan from your main line quest and then get back to Gridania lady (the same one that gave you Ifrit egi quest) to initiate the lvl 35 class quest to get both Titan egi and also fester.
