    You know what I find to be silly? After only a few days, you act as if this will be a permanent problem. You have a month's subscription and SE plans to give usan extra free week. To be so impatient is just plain silly.

    SE has already announced that they are fixing it. the reason for the error was because the amount of people was much higher than anticipated and it broke the dungeon servers. Remember when we couldn't que for dungeons on the first couple days? They decided to temporarily limit the amount of logins until they could find a fix (world is too full error). They think they've found a fix and they're going to test it for a few days before they're sure. We should get it sometime next week.

    Miya, even EA fixed Sim City faster than this. 1 free extra week doesn't make up for lost time. I work a lot and want to play when I can, not when their servers happen to have capacity. I'm going to be going out of the country for the next 4 days, I was planning to play up until I leave for the airport tomorrow to get my levels up a bit more. Instead SE has planned "emergency" maintenance blocking the time I paid to play. I've spent the past 3 hours getting 1017. SV3 and the others are spot on and their expectations are not silly, we're trading $ for a service and that service isn't available when we need/want it to be.

    Don't get me wrong, I understand the problem and the solution they are trying to do, but it would be stupid (and silly) of me to continue to give them my money and not able to play. They already have the money I paid for my CE, I just chose not to give them anymore until this ridiculous mismanagement is resolved.
