I want a refund as I have yet to play this game.

I have filled out form after form with only a 48 hour response bot answering, then them dismissing the forms because it was 48 hours later.

Gamestop says I have to get the refund from you guys, as I waited to long, past the 48 hours or something like that, to get a refund from them.

Too many bugs. Too little play. Account mix ups and just a slew of nightmares that I care not to get into.

I don't want to have anything to do with this game or your company and I demand a refund from you guys. You have my account info. Please respond.

this is the info in place. They are aware of the issue. If you can be an adult and wait for the fix, awesome if not feel free to go to the SE account page and contact support via email. no one that mods or reads this forum can help you with a refund.

character info aside, no one who likes final fantasy should want a refund. this game is good. at least as far as I have seen. I guess that's why SE can afford to be incompetent with the whole thing.

Better bet is contacting support through email or phone and getting a refund, I'm sure they'd obliged but be prepared if they say that they wont.

You could only get as high as level 20 in Beta Phase 3 and up as far as I know.

And if you're that set on getting a refund, instead of clogging up the support servers ask for it directly from digital river.
