No need to get riled up just because you can't play right now.

You know what would happen if they removed the restrictions? The servers would go haywire, and then NO ONE would play, just like BEFORE they implemented the restrictions.

So please, calm down, take a deep breath, find some other hobby while you wait. It isn't the end of the world, and your money isn't wasted. The game will be there and ready when the fixes are done.

Thank you.
On stuff like this, I just tell one thing: For some people, the "first"-experience is of utmost importance. Being able to just flow with the expansion content naturally with other players first-time experiencing content has something magical to it. And you needn't be max level in the first few days to experience it. Neither will it work when a few weeks have passed.
Personally, I am a rather patient player. However, Having to "minigame" a queue (have to be there, otherwise you can't react to 2002 and won't login at all!) is pretty painful, as is having your time windows shattered by inaccessibility. People that normally are rather busy will make time frames so they have some time for themselves. As for me, the last 3 days have been my first real holiday since march 2020 - well at least as much of a holiday as someone that is self-employed will ever get. Of course, this is strongly due to the pandemic as well. But anyway.

I think it is more then fair that some people say they are unhappy with this situation. And that for some people, a few extra days will never ever make up for time lost.

Anyway, I get that some players just want the community to calm down some. But .. it is a really difficult situation for a lot of people. And personally, I just can't help myself to see the outcome as some kind of preordained failing. They new it would come, they knew it would hurt, but there wasn't really anything to help it.
