This. I have seen enough of those people working in customer service at a store back in the day. Whining for the sake of whining. The devs are communicating and apologizing left and right, telling us what the problem is and which steps they are taking, what do they want more? They were very aware that this would happen and warned us days before. Server blades are almost impossible to get since at least March of this year and this influx of people started in Summer, so there.

Instant gratification syndrome is something that came to pass because parents didn't teach their children boundaries for snotty behaviour. Very rampant in more wealthy countries.
