Please restart the Servers until you can properly address the server congestion.

On August 27 and before that in Early Access, your company undoubtedly was hit with a brick consisting of traffic in masses that clogged servers for hours. Today on September 2 error 1017 is hitting every player who wants to experience the game, after paying $29.99 to get everything they wanted out of a relaunch of a game that was very anticipated since 2011 and this is what they get. First of all i would like to say not having a queue system for the servers was a huge failure. Now players who are logged into the game don't want to log out fearing they're not going to get back in for X number of days, which is understandable by the way. All I ask is that you understand as a gamer and as a new fan to the franchise that really wasn't of the worst launches I've seen form an MMO, but a little more communication to the FF audience would be nice besides "We're working on it." In conclusion, I do hope all these problems will be worked out eventually, and best of luck to the dev team and Moderators, and of course Yoshi-P himself.

I concur with this, I feel like they're giving us the "We got this.." And waving us off, rather than telling us what their PLAN is, what's ACTUALLY wrong other than "We underestimated how many people would play." There's clearly more issues. This one for example!: I'm still getting Error 90000 as well, after being in the game for less than 10 minutes - when it says on this very forum section it's been fixed... just to top things off.
