Time to mediate this shit.

Ok, the game doesn't work and we are all a little choked that we paid money for something that can only be used as a very poor paperweight.

But the servers they bought on ebay are set to arrive on Wednesday. All of their support staff that obviously had the last 5 days off will be well rested and ready to get things done and HOPEFULLY these issues will be fixed. I have faith that SE is going to make this stuff right.

It sucks very much that they took our money and then didn't use any sort of foresight to foresee any possible issues with their current hardware. But...the game is absolutely awesome so if we all exercise a little patience we can enjoy it very shortly.

So everybody stop fighting, and just have fun.

Normally, I don't insult people. It's rather redundant and doesn't get rational debate anywhere.

However, since what you typed equaled nothing more then a giant "I am a sarcastic dick with no intelligence" post, I do feel urged to hope that you randomly get killed in the very short future so that the human race can make more room for intelligent specimens to socialize with.

The purpose of a forum is to socialize with other like minded individuals. Also, what makes you think the general population of gamers are unintelligent? Wait I know, you must be basing that on your own personal failings! Of course.

Anyways, on topic, this FFXIV is a fantastic game and I believe it's destined for greatness... some day. I just feel sorry for SE at how many trials they must face to achieve it...

So I guess the way intelligent people respond to sarcasm is by wishing death upon random strangers and spouting ironic vitriol. I learn something new everyday and that is impressive with my disability and all.
