Stamina bar refilling really fast.

It only happened one day when I was out on my 35ARC in Coerthas grinding with my LS.
The stamina bar was refilling really fast and when I ported back to Ul'dah I had the same issue. Even with the stamina bar refilling fast, if I spammed my actions I still had to wait until I had enough stamina to use another action
