Launcher asks me to make a SE account, and re register?
When in fact I already have registered, when I sign in and use the code they provided it says I already registered it, obviously cause I did.

can not play the game.

I played phase 4 of beta, bought a collectors edition online, and now this.

*yes I have been playing the last few days so not sure why its doing this now*

Also I have YET to play more than a hour on my main server in NA... I have been playing on JP servers for a week now... LAME LAME LAME.

PLEASE SE, or anyone tell what to do to fix this, short of buying another copy of the damn game.

happened to me too. you need to subscribe. If you have an account, click the appropriate button. You need to register the new 20 digit code that came with your 'purchase receipt' or the physical game.

I guess I'm still confused... I already did all this. I have a lv 17 Archer, have been playing since 8/27. I login, it wants me to put in the code that i got, which i did on the 27th. Then it says the code has already been used, and it's right. I used it on the 27th. What is also strange is, When I try to login to the Lodestone, it says i have no characters...

I am having the exact same problem. i bought my copy at gamestop and it did not come with a 20 digit number, only came with 18 digit number for the preorder

Basically I get this massage:

No Valid or active service account is available to play Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.

In order to play Final Fantasy XIV:A Realm Reborn, you must first purchase the digital download from the Playstation Store or register a product code.

*Users participating in early access must also complete registration by August 30,2013.

Oh, also, I don't get no 20 digit registration code with the bloody sale receipt. It's the code for the preorder for early access. Been there-done that, its freaken rediculous. May I add that the reg.code for the physical PS3 copy is the same 12 digit you use to redeem for PSN on the PS3. Keeps telling me it's invalid.

The first code you get is for pre realease only, you need to NOW go to were you got the game, and a NEW code will be provided. it will work. ( for pc anyway)

Took me an hour to figure this out too. The pre-release code is not the serial number of the game. I had to go to lookup my order (I order from Square directly) and get a hold of the real serial number.
