The only place I can create a new thread is here. I don't post often on these forums, so I have not used my limited amount of postings.

I'd like to post in the "Suggestion" section, but instead I get a screen that tells me I'm at my posting limit for the day or my [main] character is not high enough.

I don't seem to be breaking any set rules as to why this is happening.

Tech Support seemed like the best place to bring this to attention, if it was the wrong section I'm sorry.
