I had one random crash since launch and after switching from full screen to full screen (windowed) I haven't had an issue. I alt+tab ALL the time.

win7 (current windows updates)
i7 930 (stock)
6 g ram
ATI HD 5870 BE (current drvs)
ASUS P6X58-E PRO MB
