Every MMO has problems, we just have to wait it out until they fix it. Even if it takes weeks or months everything will be great once they get all the kinks out. We just need to need to be patient and let them handle all this in due time. We did get an extra 7 days, an extremely generous offer by them (Thanks Square!!!) This is the open beta so we really can't expect too much guys.
