Stuck talking to Painted Mesa

during the story quest into the copper after you done doing the dungeons and go back and talk to painted mesa you get stuck and no respond...

Yep broke for me too, It keeps trying to use the duty finder even tho I have already done it then it says unable to connect to server and freezes.
