Steps:

1. Initiate the "Necrologos: The Liminal One" levequest in Saint Coinach's Find.
2. Search for the Parchment objects.
3. Small (but possible, as was my case) chance that a Parchment object required to complete the quest was placed inside of the aforementioned rock. Only a small portion of the object's nameplate can be viewed from a distance, which is how I found it.

Other Information:

Another levequest that I did had an ogre spawn in that same rock. It was impossible for me to target him until I moved him out. I don't believe the server recognizes that rock as existing so it lets things spawn inside of it.
