10102 Still Occuring

I have made it into the Queue three times so far in the last half an hour only to get error 10102 after it tries to load the game. It'll sit at the character screen for a few moments like it's supposed to while waiting for a spot, go to a picture of the area I'm in for far too long, then I get the black screen and the error window. Is anyone else still having this issue?
