This is was what said at PAX...I'm sorry but if you have a game selling X number of copies, you would assume a company would provide enough infrastructure to support it.

If you are an event organizer, and 100,000 people purchase tickets to this event, you wouldn't put 1 bathroom, 1 water fountain, and 1 table with 6 chairs...you would secure enough space to accommodate that need.

Looks like FailEnix didn't do that.

My rant is that this "7 days free" crap is a joke. It's been "down" for longer than 7 days already and they don't plan on implementing a fix until next week.

I HIGHLY doubt I am giving them any more of my money - this is the new error 37. Sad part is, Blizzard fixed that in a matter of hours. Here we are, 8 days later, still waiting on a fix.

Did the people who paid for Early Access (because lets admit that's what you paid for) get screwed yes.

But if they offer 1:1 days down for days to play, I really can't complain.

no one paid for early access. You paid for the game they GAVE you early access as a gift for preordering. you are not entitled to get early access. that being said i wouldnt mind having those extra days back as well. I am just happy they are giving back my paid time.
