    Power outage. ERROR 3102 again

    the power went out due to storm. Im now getting error 3102 again from phase 4.

    I had this happen earlier, it took me logging in, picking a character and getting error 3102, logging out by hitting exit and not clicking the x in the corner and then logging back in to fix it. Good luck :/
