Mapping Sashtasa achievement not unlocking.

Steps:
1. Have completed the duty several times.
2. Achievement has not poped up during any of the runs.
3. I've made sure to explore all rooms and tucked away areas in one run through to ensure all areas of the map were covered and still nothing.

Happening to Blossom Rose and Kimiko Shinobu on the Ultros (NA) server as well.

I'm hoping it's not true, but I've heard from a few others n tge Gamefaqs board that if you do not explore all the areas in the first run through the achievement won't appear. Hope this can be fixed. My pug is 14 so once I hit 15 with him i'll do another run through the dungeon and hope that does the trick.

I have the same issue. Fully explored, no achievement. Didn't see anyone else unlock it either.
