Can't find "chocobo issuance" for sell in NPC

Grand company quartermaster don't have chocobo issuance for sale

my current status

main quest: first impression(the 7th lvl 20 quest which is way beyond prequest requirment)

seals: over 5000

GC: Gridania (promoted to serpent private second class already, and it didn't help)

class lvl: 2 lvl 50

I tried to rush the quest so i don't read chat and skip CS, now i on further quest but i can't find chocobo issuance.

please help! my legs r tired for running too much

Have you checked all three sales tabs? And I don't mean the three rank buttons.

It's in the "Materials" tab on the quartermaster's menu.

No, it's an issue w/ legacy players, I have the same issue. Went to all 3 vendors and don't have the option. Allows me to change my chocobos name but won't allow me to summon it or ride it.

Did you have a chocobo in version 1? If so then you already have the chocobo issuance, you just need to find you chocobo. Check the calamity salvager a lot of people are having the same problem

You'll only need the Chocobo Issuance thingamingy if you're on the quest My Little Chocobo...
If you had a chocobo license in 1.0, then yeah... check calamity salvager...

I had the same problem, SQ gave basically zero information regarding the calamity salvager, which was introduced at the end of 1.0.

Problem is many of us stopped playing 1.0 by then and never got the news, please keep posting until SQ puts some sort of notice in for 1.0 players, this is ridiculous how many of us 1.0 players who got burned are still dealing with this.

calamity salvager omg , what is that? and where can I find it? i raged quit 1.0 when that stupid PL came out, and never heard about this. can any1 tell me where is that please.

It's an NPC that can be found in the cities. Look around and you shall find.
