I agree... I waited through July and August between phase 3 and phase 4. Was locked out of phase 4, mostly, due to servers being full. My CE pre-order code didn't work for Early Access, as I was sent an EU code rather than NA. (Thankfully, I had another code from when I cancelled my SE for the CE). Launch day came and I entered my CE code, which caused my SE account to give birth to a baby account (I didn't even know something like that was possible). Now, I'm stuck in customer service hell hoping that they respond to my ticket, that I created after waiting for a total of 6 hours on hold for a customer service rep. 10 hours after that, my ticket was closed without fixing my account. Now, I'm still trying to be patient through my only long weekend until November, because I really want to play the game as I find it very fun. I'm almost to my breaking point with Square Enix. It seems like those in charge don't care about the customers, just their image.
