    In hopes of getting some help over the weekend

    To preface i spent the whole day yesterday trying to get into live chat support from 10 until it wouldn't let me queue anymore, and I can't find any alternative solutions without getting in direct contact with SE. I got my preordered hard copy of the game for the PS3 and tried to register the game, but the registration code is missing (picture here taken by potato camera phone http://i.imgur.com/DtQroug.jpg ) . Nothing I can do here except hope someone from SE is browsing or hope that live chat support stops kicking me out everytime i get to the front on weekdays

    Did you get your hard copy from gamestop??? i had a problem with my code and i just exchanged it for a new one...

    I knew they stopped doing digital codes to help with the congestion issues... first time I have seen them not give a physical code though. best of luck with SE customer support.

    That is worth trying, as long as you didn't buy it from SE that is. Insert whatever retailer you bought it from for Gamestop though ;P
