in this game he is a summoned Primal by someone in past, if you read his info on the website it tells you that he was summoned in ages past and now he roams Black Shroud for Worthy Oponent(sp?) so far we dont know if he as anyone who worships him but he is on same lvl as Bahamut as being a Elder Primal.

as for spawn times I have heard anything from 24hrs to 72 hrs, I havent been in their fate yet so I cant say what their spawning time is, but I would think Behemoth would be in his Dominion since well the place is named after him.

either way even if the spawning point is random I am sure they have the minimum cooldown timer for their respective fates, I mean its no good if they are random spawn to have them spawn right after another is there, so I would think they have minimum spawn timer rather then max spawn timer.
