Help! can't find "chocobo issuance" in the Grand Company quartermaster

as the topic said i just can't find "chocobo issuance" for sale.

my current status:

main quest: first impression(the 7th lvl 20 quest which is way beyond prequest requirment)

seals: over 5000

GC: Gridania (promoted to serpent private second class already, and it didn't help)

class lvl: 2 lvl 50


so any1 know what i missed? i just can't find the quest "my little chocobo" neither,
that vorsiale NPC don't have that quest for me.

some1 please help, my legs r so tired, been running for quest all on foot these days

Have you joined a Grand Company yet? Can't remember the name of the quest off the top of my head but you need to get to the part in the story where you join a GC and its the first quest they give you after joining. Then you find the key item under materials in the private ranks.

Sorry I just quickly glanced at your post. I reread it and see you are in a gc already. You should of gotten the quest when you got sworn in then you get the key item for 2000 seals from the quartermaster.

the problem is i didn't get that quest... i actually skip all the talking in the CS, and is it possible i skip that quest too? im alrealy on further main quest tho and wonder if u can skip the quest

you might have it already when you go to the chocobo npc in the stables is there a red quest icon above his head? If so you have the quest already you just need the key item which you can get from the quartermaster for 2000 seals

i visit all the chocbo NPC both in main city and center black shroud, none of them have quest for me

The GC QM has 3 tabs: Weapon, Armor, and Material. The Chocobo Insurance is under Material.

Material is where i looking, and it's not there.. sign
