    Posting Restrictions?

    So what level does my character have to be at in order to start posting in other parts of the forum? My post failed in the General Discussion forum, saying my main character is too low level. Also, how can I update my characters level in my profile? It says he is still at level 6, but he's at 11 now.

    I've searched and can't find anything on this.

    Im level 32 and still can only post once. Se is quite good in controlling their players' ability to voice out their opinions on their forums
