Community Server Feedback & Questions

Hello Everyone,

For the past week or so we all have been experiencing a very frustrating situation regarding the log-in servers, game servers, and customer support. Consistent errors that are preventing us from logging in and playing the game hours on end. I have noticed the large increase in posts on the forums that are full of negativity about the situation and wanted to find a constructive way to vent our frustration.

What I would like to try to do with this thread is get the community to ask questions and provide feedback to the developers and moderators.

My first few questions to the mods and devs…

What can us as a community do to help you to help us?

When the server upgrades are complete will a feature be added to tell us the population of the world such as low, medium, high, or full?

AFK with no time out seems to be a huge issue right now and will this be something that is going to be implemented immediately after the upgrades to help with the strain on the servers?

AFK timer, and why such a short queue to get into the game? I'd be ok with "You are in a queue, you are 10,000th in line". Atleast then I would know where I stand instead of "LOL, sorry come back later!"
