Why did I buy this game if I cannot ever play it?

Why do people keep complaining about a known issue thats already been stated is being resolved wednesday??? I mean really we know the day its gonna happen its not gonna happen sooner so whats the point making post after post....

The same reason a person who orders a well done steak at a restaurant, but receives a bloody one would ask for that to be fixed, cooked again.. because you pay money for that steak the same as we have all already invested in the game and will be paying them money on a monthly basis to play the game. I agree that nothing being said on these boards will be able to change a thing, the servers will *get fixed* when SE gets to it. That does not mean it is a none issue by any means, this has been a very real, and seriously frustrating issue sense Phase 4.....and nothing has been done. Only claimed to have been, and now supposedly being done this week. If they knew the reason and fix, they should have corrected this issue over a week ago, and if that had them shutting down the game for however long or pushing the launch so be it, it just reaffirms what we all have come to understand to well, that SE will never be on the same page as their customers. I respect your thoughts, and am only conveying my opinion, but for what that is worth this is definitely not a NON-ISSUE.

Show me one statement informing me this is going to be resolved by Wednesday. I have yet to read where they are increasing server maximums from 5000 to 8000. If you can please direct me to this information I would be much obliged

They have announced several times they will be upping capacity of current servers as well as creating some new worlds to help lighten the load. All of this information is actually on your launcher at the bottom as well as the lodestone.

I wasn't meant to imply that is isn't a issue im sorry if you took it as such. I was trying to state it is a known issue that is being worked on and being resolved. Its a issue that the entire community knows about and we all know/should know SE statments regarding it. So i Didn't see the point of people continuing to state stuff thats already being addressed and everyone that plays is well aware of.
