1.0 owners need help

been trying to get this fixed since the 26th mog station says my account is beta for windows looking at my account for SE i purchased and registered 1.0 on sept 3 of 2010 i know that the mog station and SE account are linked what the hell am i not doing here?? am i missing something totally obvious or am i just gettin screwed by a retarded system? any help would be great here and just for the sake of saying it i dont have any of the original packaging for the 1.0 ce that i purchased for ever ago

That thread is completely unrelated to the issue here.

Many 1.0 users have their Final Fantasy XIV 1.0 game registered on the old Square Enix account management site, but it is NOT showing up in Mog Station. The full game is missing, our free-play time is ticking away, and every time we log-in we're asked to enter a new registration code.

unfortunately you're not the only one, I really wish this problem would get noticed :c I'm still waiting for a response from customer support, I'll keep you updated
