Droprates screwed up? lvl 50 boss primal farming

I know drops are rng and all but i did ifrit about 30 times in the last few days and also asked people in my grps about this, there wasnt a single blackmage weapon, no one even has seen one.
Meanwhile 8 of our last 10 runs we got a arcanist book (mixed between sch and smn).

I would kindly request a look at the rates if they are really correct because i slowly lose my faith in ever seeing that one drop.

I've run Ifrit about 30 times or so in the last few days and got no drop too. Meanwhile I see about 8 or so Dragoon Weapon drops. And I've seen SMN and SCH dropped too. I am feeling agitated and ready to give up on the whole game because of this actually. I feel rng doesn't reward any kind of skills and dedication from the player. Plus a lot of the 50 players will frowned upon you until you at least have Ifrit Weapon. They sometimes don't even want to party with with you.
