Sadly that is exactly what I am saying, I believe it is due to a game feature that you are able to sell things directly out of your Char's Inventory. So they allow people to just stand there Idle, In order to let them keep selling things while they are away from their computers for extended time periods.

But with a limit of 5000 people able to be online at any given time but the capability from Several X that many characters to be created on a server, It means that the several X people will not be able to play when the 5000 crafters have decided to stay on non stop.
