Does Shield Swipe take priority over Rage of Halone?

Shields Swipe does less damage but there are times where Shield Swipe will deactivate by the time my Rage of Halone is done. Is it better to use it before even if it does less damage or should I just ignore it and wait for it to come back up?

Considering the combo chain stays active even if you use Shield Swipe I'd use it when it was up. Especially since it can lead to damage reduction from the pacification effect.

The timer for shield swipe is a lot shorter than the combo, so yes, use it as soon you can

Cure? Why would I even have that spell selected let alone give it priority over something. It's terrible.
