Map Issue - PLEASE HELP!!

I do not think that this is a bug and could possibly be on my end. I have tried researching for the last week and can find Zero articles or anyone else with the same problem. The Problem: When the main Map is brought up I am unable to see the Icons that used to be in the top-left corner(Reposition on player/Map transparency/etc). Also the tab that was in the bottom-right corner of the Map-UI(To Drag and Resize) is gone and I can only resize by using my middle scroll-wheel which is VERY inaccurate and VERY annoying. What has happened here? What shenanigans have I done? When I first started the game the map was normal, beautiful and functional. Now I have this crap version and I HATE it! I came to the Community for help... and I need YOUR help badly! Please, help if you are able and cure me of my stupidity. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/35/8vyb.png/

Based on the pick the box your map sits in got over sized your gonna need to find a edge and shrink it back down

I'd love to help but this Imageshack add refuses to close or move so I can see the issue.

Bring up the hud manipulator menu and reset it to default should fix your issue
