Companion Armor

Well I've been picking around for a few days and haven't stumbled onto anything so figured I'd toss the question out and see if anyone had any idea about this.

I know that we're supposed to be able to get the special 'job barding' for our Chocobo's ala Black Mage, White Mage, and Dragoon. Has anyone actually heard about either when this is planned to be implemented or, if its already in game, where to find these at?

those where mentioned as in the future not upon release. They plan on expanding the chocobos abilites. Though i dont see why they are worthless to use for people like me that have lvl 50 all battle classes and they cant be used w/ company leves go figure.

Where does the armor go that you take off from your mount? I see the 3 little boxes on the companion page but there is nothing there the list comes up empty. The armor was unequipped and now it is gone. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to solve it?

Try checking barding option in main commands menu might be able to see it there when you are trying to equip him again

I have the same issue as Namow. I lost the default GC barding from my chocobo that came from 1.0. As soon as I equipped the behemoth barding, the GC barding disappeared. I can equip and unequip the behemoth barding, but the GC barding is no longer in the list. Some things to note for my case, the barding was Limsa's Maelstrom GC from 1.0. In ARR, I joined Ul'dah's Immortal Flames GC. Not sure if that would cause any problems.
