Level 50 Summoner Quest

Do you need to kill the adds he summons in phase 2? hard to do that and also dodge his armageddon. Im echo boosted to 5k hp and still having trouble

EDIT: ok I did it, heres my strat

At the beginning hold backwards and spam the sic attack so that your egi will take all the aggro, otherwise the enemy egi will periodically stop and attack you. Go around to behind the enemy summoner and spam him with fester. also ALWAYS keep up pet regen and use rouse when available. in stage 2 watch out for his Armageddon AOE, its a one hit kill just stay back and spam fester more, ignore the adds and dont bother healing your pet, he always aggros on you anyway. Eventually you should be able to kill him, might require a couple consecutive echo boosts though
